Hello friends and colleagues,

In light of recent and ongoing developments with the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to provide an update on the measures we are putting into place in order to do our part to keep customers and team members safe. COVID-19 is a humanitarian challenge and we must work together in a coordinated manner to reduce the risk of transmitting infections.

We are closing our offices to the public until April 2nd. Our organization is shifting toward having the majority of our team work remotely. We are able to ship orders, provide customer support, and work with retailers to complete projects safely and, we trust, seamlessly. In terms of our service levels, we will strive to deliver our services with minimal disruption but we know you will understand if things take a bit more time as we manage the challenges of safe social distancing in our physical environment. Today’s technology allows us to continue to meet with you as you wish, via video conference or virtual (Zoom/GoTo etc.) meetings. As always, Halo is here to support you every step of the way.
